Warranty Policy

Note: This is a demo warranty policy. The final warranty must match the real product packaging and manufacturer documentation.

1. Warranty Coverage

StrideKavach Lifestyle Private Limited warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").

2. What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty stitching, broken straps (if applicable), and fabric tearing under normal, intended use.

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from daily use.
• Damage caused by improper care, washing with bleach, or ironing.
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations.
• Improper sizing selection by the customer after the return window has closed.

4. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the defect. If approved, we will replace the defective product free of charge.
