Shipping Policy

We deliver StrideKavach products across India through our courier partners.

1. Delivery Estimates

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad: 2–5 business days
• Other cities: 4–8 business days
• Remote areas: Delivery timeline may vary (up to 10-12 business days)

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Failed Delivery and Address Errors

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unreachable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will issue a refund minus the shipping charges, or we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
